RMC is a specialized material in which cement, aggregate, and other
ingredients are weight batched at a center batching plant, mixed either at
the plant itself or in truck mixers, and then transported to the
construction site and delivered in a condition that is ready to use. This
mixture is known as ready-mixed concrete.
Ready Mixed Concrete is manufactured at a place away from the construction
site that is the two locations linked by a transport operation.
The technique is useful in congested sites or at diverse workplaces and
saves the consumer from the botheration of procurement, storage, and
handling of concrete materials.
